Fiber Installation Technicians are responsible for completing clean, service-ready installations from distribution point to customer location. The role includes routing cable, installing customer connection points, organizing lines, and preparing each job for activation and future maintenance.

  • Install fiber optic cable from distribution points to homes and apartment units
  • Wall fish fiber lines through walls, ceilings, and interior pathways
  • Install fiber outlets, jacks, and termination points
  • Route and secure fiber cable according to provider standards
  • Label and organize fiber lines for proper identification
  • Prepare installations for service activation
  • Maintain clean work areas and professional cable management
  • Communicate with customers, property staff, and project leads as needed

This role requires practical field skills, clean workmanship, and the ability to complete fiber installations the right way. Technicians should be comfortable routing cable, working in finished spaces, following provider standards, and keeping installations organized and service-ready.

  • Basic fiber or telecom installation experience preferred
